Season 3, aka the final chapter of Belly’s messy, sun-soaked love story, drops July 16. It jumps two years after Season 2’s ending, and while it’s inspired by Jenny’s third book We’ll Always Have Summer, don’t expect a copy-paste adaptation.

“I wanted people to be like, ‘What’s going to happen next?’” Jenny told Entertainment Weekly.
Translation: even book readers are not safe.

She made it crystal clear that changes are coming — and not everyone is gonna walk away happy. Or sane. Or emotionally stable.
