Yummy Hits Pure Miami
todayJuly 21, 2025
What started as a cute moment during a Coldplay concert turned into full-on corporate mayhem after a kiss cam clip went viral — and the internet is not letting it go.
ICYMI, Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot were spotted looking real cozy at Coldplay’s Gillette Stadium show earlier this week. The kiss cam panned to the duo, and while they didn’t kiss, Byron had his arm wrapped around Cabot — until they realized they were on camera. Cue immediate panic: he ducked behind a barrier and she buried her face in her hands. That’s not a “just friends” reaction, babe.
The clip exploded online faster than you can say “HR violation,” and now Astronomer, the software company they both work for, has been forced to address the drama.
On Friday (July 18), Astronomer dropped an official statement saying they’re launching a formal investigation, writing:
They also clarified a few things:
Alyssa Stoddard (rumored to be Byron’s partner) was not at the concert.
No other employees were involved or seen in the video.
And those “Andy Byron made a statement” headlines? Fake news. He hasn’t said a word.
Social media has been in full FBI mode, with people dissecting every frame of the now-infamous kiss cam moment and debating whether it was a one-time slip or part of a bigger entanglement.
No word yet from Byron or Cabot, but one thing’s for sure: someone’s getting a very awkward Slack message this week.
TL;DR: A Coldplay kiss cam just blew up a corporate scandal. Astronomer’s CEO and Chief People Officer were caught looking real sus on camera, and now the company is launching a full-blown investigation. Stay tuned — the tea is still steeping. ☕👀
