Miami Locks In Full On-Track Lineup for 2026 F1 Grand Prix

The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is setting the stage for a high-octane, three-day spectacle in 2026, confirming a packed on-track schedule featuring the return of the F1 Sprint format and the debut of a new support series.

Scheduled for May 1–3, 2026, the event at the Miami International Autodrome (3.36 miles) in Miami Gardens promises to once again blend world-class racing with the city’s signature festival atmosphere, aiming to surpass previous record-breaking attendance figures.

For the third consecutive year, the F1 Sprint race format will return to Miami, cementing its status as the only U.S. Sprint race on the Formula 1 calendar next season. The short, action-packed race held earlier in the weekend is designed to add another layer of excitement and unpredictability for fans.

Complementing the premier racing are two major support series that will ensure continuous high-speed action:

McLaren Trophy America Debut: The new series will make its Formula 1 debut, featuring the Artura Trophy cars. This addition brings a fresh, dynamic element to the weekend’s lineup.
Porsche Carrera Cup North America: The popular series returns, showcasing the highly anticipated new 911 Cup car (992.2).

Organizers are focused on elevating the fan experience for the 2026 event. Among the new offerings is the Grandstand+ by Heineken, which introduces exclusive perks for ticket holders, including access to the track on Thursday.

The Miami event also maintains its unique appeal by remaining the only F1 race to offer fans direct views into the Team Village, allowing unparalleled proximity to the drivers and teams as they prepare for the Grand Prix.
