Yummy Hits Pure Miami
Ya’ll, it’s time to FREAK OUT! Our boy The Weeknd just announced his new album Hurry Up Tomorrow — and it’s about to be 🔥. The internet is losing it after he dropped a wild trailer on Instagram, giving us a glimpse into his mind. It’s not just any album, though. It’s the final part of a trilogy (yeah, you heard that right!). Following Dawn FM (2022) and After Hours (2020), this is the third and last chapter. 😱
In typical Weeknd fashion, the trailer is hella dramatic. Picture this: a black background with intense red text scrolling across the screen like it’s straight out of a thriller. “Yesterday was 14 years ago… We held our breath, falling into a shimmering sea in the after hours of the night…” — bro, the vibes are immaculate, but also kinda deep. 🖤 He’s talking about time not existing, feeling like he’s spinning endlessly, and “screams in silence” — sooo… totally emo and we’re HERE for it. 💀
his whole album is gonna hit different. A press release said it’s the “creative apex” of this whole era, packed with existential vibes and self-reflection. Fans are already losing their minds over the teasers, and honestly, SAME. We’re not ready, but we’re READY, you know?
On top of this album chaos, The Weeknd is also out here making moves. He’s opening his own Halloween Horror Nightsexperience at Universal Studios. Like, yes, King of Spooky Season. 👻 Plus, he’s pulling up to São Paulo for his INSANE concert experience. If you can’t make it there IRL, don’t worry! The whole thing’s getting livestreamed on Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. — set your reminders NOW. 🕖
2024 just keeps getting better, and we can’t wait to dive headfirst into this album!
