So, this is kind of adorable. Sosie Bacon, the 32-year-old daughter of the iconic Kevin Bacon, is keeping her famous dad in the know when it comes to what’s trending in music right now. On Friday, Sept. 6, Kevin (who’s 66 and still killing it, btw) posted a hilarious video where Sosie reveals some pretty epic news: Sabrina Carpenter’s new single, “Taste,”might be giving a shoutout to the legendary Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon game. 🎯

In the clip, you can see Sosie casually dropping the info on her dad, who looks totally amused and maybe a little confused (but in the best way). If you don’t know, the whole Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon thing is based on the idea that pretty much everyone in Hollywood can be connected to Kevin Bacon in six steps or fewer. Now, Sabrina Carpenter’s got a single that kinda references it, and we are LOVING the full-circle moment. 🎤

Whether this was intentional or not, Kevin’s reaction was priceless, and we love that Sosie’s keeping her dad plugged into the pop culture world. Honestly, who knew the Bacon family would be vibing to Sabrina Carpenter?!
