Lizzo has taken the Halloween game and the rumor mill by storm. After shutting down fans’ speculations that she used Ozempic to slim down, Lizzo decided to embrace the chatter with an epic Halloween costume: herself, as a fictional weight-loss drug inspired by her name from South Park‘s “The End of Obesity” episode.

On October 26, the “About Damn Time” star debuted her costume as a spoofed-up pill box called “LizzOzempic,” a playful nod to both the animated South Park reference and the real-life Ozempic rumors she’s faced. In true Lizzo fashion, she went all out, posing with a Cartman look-alike, munching on a giant pizza slice, and hanging out in a car with a bottle of Clase Azul Reposado Tequila. Her caption? “It’s that time of year where I feed y’all so ridiculously, and you’re so very welcome, baby.”

Earlier this year, Lizzo had a playful reaction to South Park‘s fictional “Lizzo” drug, telling fans, “I’m really that b—h. I showed you all how to not give a f–k, and I’m gonna keep showing you how to not give a f–k.” Known for being outspoken about body positivity, Lizzo has consistently pushed back against any “quick fix” weight loss narrative, choosing to focus on health, self-love, and empowerment instead.

In September, after showing off her new look, fans began speculating again, suggesting she might’ve turned to Ozempic or even “narcotics.” Lizzo’s response? Pure comedy gold. She posted a TikTok-inspired video, mouthing Christoph Waltz’s “It’s like a reward” line, with the caption, “When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit.”

With her Halloween look, Lizzo clapped back with humor, proving once again she’s always in control of her own story. LizzOzempic might just be her funniest clapback yet—so keep ‘em guessing, Lizzo!
