Ready for the ultimate jump scare? TikTok Wrapped is here to expose just how deep you’ve fallen into the scroll-hole this year. Spoiler alert: it’s probably worse than you think. 😬
First things first, TikTok Wrapped isn’t an official TikTok feature (yet – take notes, TikTok). Instead, it’s a third-party website that promises to keep your data safe. Here’s the vibe:
“Your TikTok data is only used in your browser and never uploaded to any server. We will not store or process your data on our server in any way,” they say. Sounds chill, right?

So, I did the thing, and y’all… I’ve watched 20,196 TikToks this year. That’s 16,224 minutes or 11 full days of scrolling. ELEVEN DAYS. Let that sink in.
And apparently, Monday is my most active day. Which makes sense because Mondays are trash, and TikTok is my coping mechanism. If my boss is reading this, I swear it’s all “market research.” 🫣
But wait, it gets worse. At the end of your Wrapped, it tells you what you could’ve accomplished instead of frying your brain. According to mine, I could have decluttered my entire house. Rude, but fair. Although, in my defense, watching “CleanTok” totally counts as motivation. Right? RIGHT?
If you’re brave enough to face the truth about your screen time, TikTok Wrapped is honestly eye-opening. Plus, it’s a fun way to see how your stats compare to your friends. (One girl reportedly spent a month of her year scrolling—so maybe I’m not doing too bad?)
But fair warning: the regret is real. So, if you’re not ready to confront your scrolling habits or find out you could’ve learned three new languages in that time, maybe skip this one.
Now, go check yours and spill the tea. What’s your most-watched day? Did your Wrapped come for your life too? Let me know—misery loves company. 😅
