The legendary New York City-based ice cream shop opened its first Florida location in Miami Beach on March 20, and this is just the beginning—three more South Florida spots are on the way.

Van Leeuwen, which started as a humble ice cream truck in NYC back in 2008, is now a full-on dessert empire with over 70 locations nationwide. Their secret? Ultra-creamy, insanely good ice cream that people are obsessed with.

The Miami Beach shop will serve up 25+ flavors, including a special exclusive Miami flavor (because, duh). No word yet on what it is, but knowing Van Leeuwen, it’s about to be next-level delicious.
