Yummy Hits Pure Miami
Besties, she’s not done yet. Sabrina Carpenter just dropped the surprise of the summer: her seventh (!!) studio albumtitled Man’s Best Friend is officially coming August 29, and yes — it’s giving iconic era loading. 🚨💖
After the glittery chaos of Short n’ Sweet (aka Espresso supremacy and the chokehold it still has on us), Sabrina’s back with a fresh record she wasn’t even planning to release. But when life hits and the studio calls, you go. And that’s exactly what she did.
“I didn’t plan on releasing a new record,” Sabrina told fans, “but luckily life was really happening to me and inspiration struck!”
Translation: heartbreak, hot girl summer, and probably some situationships inspired this. We’re ready.
She says the making of Man’s Best Friend came together effortlessly — no code-cracking, no banging her head against walls, just pure ✨vibes✨ and studio magic.
“This one felt like riding a bike,” she said. “I went back to some of my favorite artists — Stevie, Dolly, Donna…”
Okay vintage queen, we hear you! Retro-influenced bops incoming??
And while we’re still sipping on Manchild (the chaotic lead single that totally called out toxic masculinity with a wink), we already know this album is gonna be full of cheeky one-liners, diary-level honesty, and tracks that make us want to dance and cry at the same time. (Sabrina, please go easy on us.)
Oh, and ICYMI: she’s about to headline British Summer Time in Hyde Park this July, joined by Clairo and Olivia Dean — a literal dream lineup. 🪩🌿💘
So mark your calendars:
📆 August 29 = Sabrina szn returns.
💿 Man’s Best Friend = possibly your new favorite emotional support album.
Start emotionally preparing now. You’re gonna need it.
