Miami’s about to get even more bulk buys and free samples 👀. Costco is expanding heavy in South Florida with two fresh warehouses planned for Miami-Dade, plus a brand-new one in Broward.

📍 Cutler Bay (West Perrine)

First-ever Costco in the area 🙌
Approved back in May 2024 when commissioners sold a 17-acre county-owned lot near SW 190th St & 108th Ave for $8.1M
Promising 400+ jobs AND 5,000 free memberships for locals making under $50K/year (huge W)
No official opening date yet, but residents are hyped

📍 Doral

Plans for a massive 159K sq ft warehouse right next to Topgolf
Would mark Costco’s second Doral location
Still in the pre-application stage, so don’t clear your pantry just yet

📍 Pompano Beach

Costco is moving from its current Sample Road spot to become the anchor of “The Pomp” mixed-use development
New business center + major glow-up
Expected opening: Fall 2027
