Lady Gaga Apologizes After Abruptly Canceling Miami Show Minutes Before Showtime

Little Monsters in Miami were ready to go off Wednesday night (Sept. 3) at Kaseya Center for Lady Gaga’s Mayhem Ball Tour — but the show got pulled literally minutes before it started.

Gaga, aka the “Dead Dance” queen, dropped the heartbreaking news on IG Stories, explaining that her doctor and vocal coach told her not to perform after noticing “significant strain” in her voice during rehearsals.

She called the choice an “agonizing decision” and offered her “sincerest apologies” to fans who had packed the arena, promising the concert isn’t canceled for good — just postponed while her team works on a new Miami date.

Fans were already hyped after Gaga’s Vegas show earlier this summer, where she went viral for taking a dramatic tumbleon stage and bouncing back like a total pro. Miami stans were ready for the chaos, the choreo, the camp — and now, they’ll just have to wait a little longer.
