Yummy Hits Pure Miami
Drama alert in the music world! Chris Brown just responded to Kevin McCall after the former collaborator went viral crying over his financial struggles. 🥲
On October 21, McCall appeared on Back On Figg, holding his EBT card and explaining he relies on SNAP benefits while asking Breezy for $25,000 for four songs he made for him. The clip quickly went viral, and fans immediately had thoughts.
Breezy didn’t hold back. On his Instagram Stories, he essentially called McCall a “broke troll,” writing:
“Remember this: you can’t walk across a burnt bridge. And you know what’s funnier than a troll? A BROKE ONE 😏”
For context, Chris and Kevin go way back, collabing on hits like “Deuces,” “Strip,” and “No BS.” But their friendship fizzled years ago — especially now that Chris is crushing it with his music and world tours. Meanwhile, McCall even dragged Chris’ touring partner, Bryson Tiller, over Instagram, joking about the rapper’s Lamborghini.
Not everyone is shading McCall, though. Young Thug hopped on X (formerly Twitter) to offer some love, telling Kevin:
“Kevin McCall hit me my na, I’ll give u the 25k u need, and i no CB would give it to u also bro he a real one. Nas is busy sometimes brada.”
Looks like this feud is equal parts drama and nostalgia for early Breezy collabs — but at least McCall has a backup plan if Breezy stays cold.
