The “Alix Earle Effect” is officially heading to the small screen. Netflix has announced it has greenlit an untitled unscripted series following the life of Gen-Z’s reigning “It Girl” and University of Miami alum, Alix Earle.

The show, which began filming recently, marks Earle’s transition from TikTok viral sensation to a legitimate media mogul. Set to debut in late 2026, the series promises an “unfiltered and messy” look at the 25-year-old’s life that goes far beyond the three-minute clips her 13 million followers are used to.

At the heart of the series is Earle’s complex and often-discussed “modern family.” Netflix confirmed that the cast will include:

  • Ashtin Earle: Alix’s younger sister and fellow influencer.

  • The Rest of the Clan: Her father, TJ Earle, her mother, Alisa, and her stepmother, Ashley Dupré.

  • The “Hot Mess” Crew: A rotating cast of Alix’s closest friends and business partners.

“I share a lot of my life on social media, and people think they know everything,” Earle said in a statement. “But honestly, there is still so much more. This show is about our fun, loving, sometimes chaotic family and how we always show up for each other.”

Heavy-Hitting Production

Netflix isn’t taking any chances with the production, enlisting the team behind some of the biggest reality hits in the world.

  • The Studio: Fulwell 73, the Emmy-winning production company responsible for The Kardashians on Hulu and The Late Late Show with James Corden.

  • Executive Producers: Ben Winston, Paul Loban, and Charlie Van Vleet lead the project alongside Miami nightlife icon David Grutman’s DGN Studios and Evan Rosenfeld.

  • The Hook: The show will document Earle’s “transition” as she manages a growing business empire, high-profile breakups (including her recent split from NFL player Braxton Berrios), and the pressure of being the voice of a generation.

The deal, brokered by United Talent Agency (UTA), reflects a major shift in Netflix’s strategy. As traditional unscripted TV sees a resurgence, the streamer is betting heavily on “creator-led” franchises. By moving Earle from the vertical feed of TikTok to a horizontal streaming format, Netflix aims to capture her massive Gen-Z audience while establishing a long-term brand that rivals the Kardashian-Jenner dynasty.

For Alix, it’s a high-stakes move. “It’s a little scary to have someone else behind the camera,” she admitted. “But the real, human moments are what connected me to my audience in the first place.”
