And calling this thing “massive” might actually be an understatement. FLIBS is recognized as the largest in-water boat show in the world, and recent editions have welcomed more than 100,000 attendees, around 1,000 exhibiting brands and more than 1,300 boats. The event stretches across millions of square feet of exhibit space throughout Fort Lauderdale, giving visitors everything from smaller center consoles and fishing boats to the kind of superyachts most of us can only dream about owning. There are also marine electronics, accessories, diving and fishing equipment, new technology and plenty of luxury lifestyle displays.

FLIBS also isn’t held in just one place. The current show setup stretches across major waterfront locations including Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Las Olas Marina, Hall of Fame Marina, Pier Sixty-Six Marina, Superyacht Village and the Broward County Convention Center. Different areas of the show offer completely different experiences — from the biggest yachts at Superyacht Village to boats, fishing gear, electronics and marine products inside the Convention Center. Transportation options during the event typically help visitors move between the different locations without having to drive from stop to stop.

The 2027 edition will mark the show’s 68th year following the 67th annual event in 2026.
