Cardi B expresses her frustration towards Offset in an emotional outburst, “You’ve truly been treating me unfairly.”
Cardi B turned to Instagram Live on Friday (Dec. 15) to share her feelings about her recent separation from Offset. Emotionally, she expressed, “This guy loves to mess with me when I’m feeling vulnerable, especially when I’m not at my most confident. He enjoys playing games because he knows I’m not someone who’s easily dealt with.”
In tears, she continued, “You’ve been acting all high and mighty… because of your darn album and everything. And you’ve been treating me poorly after all the years I’ve supported your ***. Not even a simple thank you from you.”
The rapper behind “I Like It” didn’t specify the cause behind her current emotions. She ended her thoughts by saying, “It’s crazy that I have to turn to the internet because whenever I talk to you, you don’t respond, and I’m exhausted by it.” Cardi B confirmed her separation from Offset on Monday (Dec. 11). During an Instagram Live session, she revealed, “I’ve been single for a while, but I’ve been hesitant to— not scared, I just didn’t know how to share it with the world.”
She continued, “But today feels like a sign. The last time I went Live, I wanted to tell you all, but I wasn’t sure how, so I changed my mind. But it’s been like this for a while. I see it as a sign.”
“I want to begin 2024 with a fresh, open start,” she expressed. “I’m looking forward to a new life, a new beginning. I’m curious, and yes, I’m excited.”
