Amazon Prime Video unveiled the official trailer for The Kid LAROI’s upcoming documentary, “KIDS ARE GROWING UP: A STORY ABOUT A KID NAMED LAROI,” on Wednesday, February 21. Directed by Michael D. Ratner, the film chronicles the journey of Charlton Howard, known as The Kid LAROI, from his beginnings as a young teen musician to becoming a global sensation. Throughout the documentary, LAROI offers never-before-seen footage of his time with Juice WRLD, who served as a mentor to him before his rise to fame.

Before the Chicago rapper’s passing in 2019, LAROI and Juice shared an unbreakable bond. Collaborating on tracks like “Unexplainable” and “GO,” their friendship was a key focus in the documentary. The film also captures LAROI’s rise in the entertainment industry, from his groundbreaking collaboration with Justin Bieber on “Stay” to embarking on his inaugural world tour. Notably, both Bieber and Post Malone make appearances, with Post Malone commending LAROI’s talent and reminiscing about the time they exchanged tattoos.
