Travis Scott’s lavish multimillion-dollar mansion is perilously close to a significant crack in the hillside beneath it. TMZ footage released on February 28 reveals that the rapper’s residence in Brentwood, California, is among several homes potentially impacted by a massive fissure on the hillside. Fortunately, the fire department assured residents that the crack extends only 4 feet deep into the topsoil and is superficial. The gaping crevice is attributed to the heavy storms California endured in February, with forecasts predicting more rainfall in the upcoming week.

In 2020, La Flame secured a luxurious hillside mansion for a discounted $23.5 million, slashing the original $42 million asking price nearly in half. Spanning 16,700 square feet across three floors, the opulent residence boasts 7 bedrooms, 11 baths, and breathtaking city vistas. The property flaunts extravagant amenities, including a 20-car garage, infinity pool, gym, bar, sauna, 15-seat theater, and wine cellar.
Despite the significant markdown, Travis Scott’s cash purchase remains one of Los Angeles’s most substantial real estate transactions. While the L.A. Department of Building and Safety, alongside local geologists, assesses the hillside’s damage, there’s currently no indication of imminent collapse. Nevertheless, the potential risk poses concerns for at least five neighboring homes, particularly with forecasts predicting more rainfall.
Meanwhile, Scott shares another Beverly Hills residence with ex Kylie Jenner, which they’re reportedly attempting to sell.
