Alright, Spring Break squad—before you pack your coolest shades and hit Florida’s iconic beaches, let’s talk rules. Cities are stepping up their game to keep the party fun but not out of control. Translation? No one wants a wild TikTok moment that ends with a fine (or worse).

🍹 Where You Can Sip (But No Glass, Ever!):

📍 Panhandle & Northern Florida
✅ Flagler Beach (Only on the sand, so keep it chill)
✅ Fort De Soto Park (Only in designated areas)
✅ Playalinda Beach (No glass, period)

📍 Central Florida
✅ Cocoa Beach (But seriously, no glass)
✅ Treasure Island (No booze from 8 AM–4 PM on weekends in certain spots)
✅ Madeira Beach (Again, no glass. We’re sensing a theme here 👀)

📍 South Florida
✅ Siesta Beach, Sarasota (Glass = big no-no)
✅ Vanderbilt Beach (Same deal—keep it safe)

⚠️ Quick PSA:
👉 Check local rules before you go—some spots have time restrictions or full bans.
👉 Drink responsibly—you don’t want your vacay vibes ruined by a fine (or worse).
👉 Be a good human—clean up after yourself, hydrate, and please don’t be that person.

Now go live your best Spring Break life, but don’t say we didn’t warn you! 🏖️🍾✨
