Bad Bunny To Headline The Super Bowl LX 2026 Halftime Show

It’s official: Bad Bunny will headline the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on February 8, 2026. The Puerto Rican superstar revealed the news on Instagram in partnership with Apple Music, the halftime show’s sponsor.

“Super Bowl LX. Bay Area. February 2026. #AppleMusicHalftime,” his caption read, alongside a video of him casually perched atop a football goalpost.

The 31-year-old artist — born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio — shared a heartfelt statement about the milestone performance:

“What I’m feeling goes beyond myself. It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown… This is for my people, my culture, and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el HALFTIME SHOW DEL SUPER BOWL.”

This won’t be Bad Bunny’s first Super Bowl appearance. He previously performed during the Shakira and Jennifer Lopez halftime show at Super Bowl LIV in 2020. Since then, he’s cemented his status as one of the most-streamed artists in the world, dominating not just Spanish-language music but also global pop culture.

Beyond music, Bad Bunny has competed in multiple WWE matches, hosted Saturday Night Live, and taken a supporting role in Happy Gilmore 2.

Most recently, the rapper wrapped a residency in Puerto Rico designed to boost the local economy. His final show on September 14 broke records as the most-watched livestream in Amazon Music history. Despite his upcoming Super Bowl performance, Bad Bunny has said he does not plan to tour the continental U.S. due to concerns over new ICE deportation restrictions and raids potentially targeting his concerts.

With his cultural impact and crossover appeal, Bad Bunny’s upcoming halftime show is already shaping up to be one of the most-anticipated Super Bowl performances in recent memory.
