Creator Mike White has revealed that this upcoming season will be “supersized,” emphasizing a theme centered around “spirituality.” Additionally, reports suggest that the new season will be filmed in Thailand. As reported by Deadline, the show has commenced casting for 13 new roles for the upcoming season, including a character identified as a ‘yogi,’ known for their practice of yoga and meditation. Sources indicate that a male A-list singer has been selected for one of these roles.

Australian radio producer Leon Sjogren is confident that he’s accurately predicted the casting for the upcoming season, firmly believing that Harry Styles will be chosen for the role of the ‘yogi’.

He expressed his thoughts by stating, “Calling it early. Harry Styles in the new season of White Lotus,” and further added, “Male A-list singer apparently been cast. Casting list is looking for ‘a yogi.’ Why did Harry recently shave his hair?”

During an appearance on Fox’s Fifi, Fev and Nick breakfast show, Sjogren stated, “He’s going to be the yoga teacher.”

Harry Styles made his debut in acting back in 2017 with the film Dunkirk and has since appeared in Don’t Worry Darling, My Policeman, and Marvel’s The Eternals. This potential role in a TV series could expand his acting repertoire.

As of now, neither Harry Styles nor Warner Bros Discovery, the parent company of HBO, has addressed these rumors. Although no official release date for the third season of The White Lotus has been announced, speculation suggests that filming might commence in February 2024.
