Position Overview
As a Sales Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our sales and marketing teams, ensuring flawless coordination and execution of campaigns that make a lasting impact. You will play a key role in creating and overseeing revenue-driven promotional strategies, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Promotion Development:

• Brainstorm and develop innovative campaigns tailored to client goals.
• Work closely with brand managers and the promotions team to ensure campaigns are aligned with Yummy Hits’ brand values and drive maximum revenue potential.

Execution & Coordination:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of promotional activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all resources and materials are in place for smooth promotion implementation.

Recap & Analysis:

• Prepare comprehensive recaps of completed promotions, highlighting performance metrics, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and offer actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.

Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact between the sales and marketing teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
• Address any issues that arise during promotions, providing timely updates and solutions.

Creative Input:

• Contribute innovative ideas to differentiate Yummy Hits Miami’s promotional efforts in a competitive market.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to bring new strategies to our campaigns.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain organized records of all promotional activities, client interactions, and relevant documentation.

Client Outreach & Partnerships:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers to explore new collaborations and partnership opportunities.
