Yummy Hits Pure Miami
Miami Heat fans, get ready to witness history! This weekend, the legendary Dwyane Wade is getting his own 8-foot bronze statue unveiled outside the Kaseya Center, officially cementing his legacy in Miami forever. 🏆
The statue, created by renowned artists Amrany and Oscar León of Fine Art Studio Rotblatt Amrany (yep, the team behind the Michael Jordan statue in Chicago and Kobe & Gianna Bryant memorial in LA), honors one of the NBA’s greatest shooting guards. Wade’s 16-season career, with 15 of those seasons as a Heat icon, includes three championships, a Finals MVP title, and a Hall of Fame spot. This tribute? Truly deserved.
🎟 Tickets: Free but limited! You’ll need to reserve your spot in advance.
No worries—the unveiling will be streamed live on the Miami Heat website. 📲 So wherever you are, you can tune in and be part of this epic moment.
The party doesn’t end with the statue! On Monday, October 28, Wade will be back at the Kaseya Center during the Miami Heat game against the Detroit Pistons for a halftime ceremony, marking 21 years since his Heat debut. Pat Riley first announced the statue back in January on Wade’s Hall of Fame night, and Wade was all the feels about it. “I didn’t dream of this… I’m very grateful,” he said.
Miami-Wade County is about to get a little more legendary. Don’t miss it! 📍 Location: 601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132
