Post Malone gave fans a glimpse of an unreleased collaboration with Morgan Wallen on social media, jokingly mentioning they got to the point of posting it at 4 am. Wallen expressed his excitement in the comments, calling the song one of his favorites and expressing pride in being a part of it with Malone. Other artists, including Bailey Zimmerman and ERNEST, also shared their anticipation for the full release.
Post Malone has teased unreleased collaborations with country artists before, such as North Carolina-born singer-songwriter Luke Combs. He has joined forces with Morgan Wallen and HARDY for a surprise tribute to the late Joe Diffie. Their performance included renditions of Wallen and HARDY’s “John Deere Green” and Post Malone’s rendition of “Pickup Man.” This collaboration occurred around the time of HARDY’s announcement of his upcoming album, “DIFFTAPE,” the third installment of his HIXTAPE series set to release soon.
