Subway revealed a 10-year deal with PepsiCo on Tuesday, marking a shift from Coca-Cola to PepsiCo beverages in its U.S. restaurants. The partnership extends Subway’s longstanding collaboration with Frito-Lay through 2030. As Frito-Lay and PepsiCo are part of the same supplier, Subway anticipates improved efficiency across its operations.

“The partnership with PepsiCo is an exciting milestone in our journey to become America’s favorite place to eat, drink and work,” said Doug Fry, President of Subway, North America. “It is a win-win for everyone, as it brings a delicious suite of beverage and snack choices to our guests, driving additional consideration of these menu items, while also providing cost-effective, streamlined solutions to our franchisees.”

Starting in 2025, Subway will gradually introduce PepsiCo products, marking a transition from its current beverage provider. PepsiCo currently supplies beverages for Subway in various regions globally, such as Canada, Germany, the Nordics, and the Netherlands.
