Morgan Wallen, the 30-year-old singer faces three felony charges following an incident at Nashville’s Chiefs Bar, owned by Eric Church, where furniture was dropped from the 6-story building, narrowly missing police officers outside. Witnesses identified the Man Made A Bar singer as the culprit, stating he laughed afterward.

According to reports, the arrest report revealed that police viewed a video showing Wallen “lunging and throwing an object over the roof.” An arrest affidavit stated that the chair landed approximately 3 feet from officers. Witnesses were interviewed, and security footage was reviewed. Wallen was arrested on three counts of reckless endangerment for the two officers outside and for endangering the public, along with a charge of disorderly conduct.

He was released from Davidson County Jail around 3:30 a.m. on Monday after posting bond set at US$15,250.
