For the first time ever, visitors can lace up their skates and glide across the ice surrounded by Miami’s tropical scenery. It’s the ultimate only-in-Miami holiday moment, and honestly, who needs snow when you’ve got palm trees?
But the ice rink isn’t the only reason to get excited. This year’s NightGarden is bringing a redesigned experience filled with glowing pathways, larger-than-life illuminated sculptures, interactive projections, and whimsical surprises throughout the gardens.
Fan favorites are making their return, including Archimedes the talking tree, the colorful Rainbow Rainforest, giant glowing dandelions, and Pixie’s Detour, where lights, sounds, and playful projections bring the garden to life. Visitors can also explore the Secret Garden laser show and participate in a scavenger hunt for hidden treasures.
And because no holiday outing is complete without something delicious, NightGarden will feature some of Miami’s favorite food trucks, specialty coffee, and hot chocolate to enjoy between all the exploring and skating.
Whether you’re planning a festive date night, a family outing, or just looking for an excuse to get into the holiday spirit, NightGarden is shaping up to be one of Miami’s must-visit experiences this season.
The magic officially begins November 12 at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, located at 10901 Old Cutler Road in Coral Gables. Tickets start at $28, and the experience is open to all ages, with children 3 and under admitted free.
The waitlist is already open, offering early access to tickets and special presale discounts.
So grab your friends, bring the family, and get ready to trade your flip-flops for ice skates. Miami’s holiday season just got a whole lot cooler!
For tickets and more information, visit NightGarden’s official website.
