Kim Kardashian is getting real in the new season of “The Kardashians” — revealing that she was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, which doctors say was likely caused by the intense stress of her divorce from Kanye West.

In a jaw-dropping teaser for Season 7 on Hulu, the 45-year-old is seen being wheeled into an MRI scanner before calmly telling her family, “There was a little aneurysm.” Her sister Kourtney looks totally shocked as Kim explains that doctors told her it was caused by — yep — stress.

Kim opens up about how everything hit her at once: juggling law school exams, mom life, and the emotional rollercoaster of her split from Kanye. “Why the f**k is this happening?” she asks through tears in one emotional clip.

The Skims founder also admits that the stress caused her psoriasis to flare back up after years of it being under control. “I haven’t had psoriasis since I got divorced, and it just started coming back,” she says, adding that she’s been feeling “tested” by her ex.

Despite it all, Kim stays strong: “I’m happy it’s over,” she says. “My ex will be in my life no matter what — we have four kids together.”

Kim and Kanye were married from 2014 until their divorce was finalized in 2021. They share North (12), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (6).

Season 7 of “The Kardashians” premieres Thursdays on Hulu and Disney+, and honestly… this one looks like it’s gonna be deep. 🥺💅
