Dua Lipa Faces Third Lawsuit Over No.1 Hit Song “Levitating” Musician Bosko Kante has filed a lawsuit against the pop star Dua Lipa, along with her music label Warner Music Group, in Los Angeles. He claims that they never obtained permission to use his “talk box” recording for the “Levitating” remixes. According to Kante’s lawsuit, he had an oral agreement for the original version of “Levitating,” but he did not grant permission for the use of his recording in the remixes.
