Taylor Swift Is Dropping a Six-Part Eras Tour Docuseries
Swifties, you might wanna sit down for this one — Taylor Swift just announced a full-on documentary series about The Eras Tour, only days after dropping her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl. Yep, she’s not resting anytime soon.
Even though we already got the Eras Tour movie, the 35-year-old icon is now going deeper — lifting the curtain on what her life was really like on the road during her record-breaking, 21-month global tour. The new six-part docuseries is set to show Taylor like we’ve never seen her before: rehearsing, traveling, laughing, crying, and living the true “showgirl” life.
And she’s not doing it alone. Expect to see cameos and commentary from her closest circle — Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, Florence Welch, and yes, her fiancé Travis Kelce (cue the collective gasp 😭💍).
“We have broken every single record you can break with this tour. The only thing left is to close the book,” Taylor says in the teaser.
So… how’s this different from the Eras Tour movie?
Well, the movie gave us the concert — three hours of glitter, screams, and pure Swift magic. The docuseries gives us the story behind it. Think: late-night rehearsals, tour bus convos, emotional moments, and the friendships that powered the entire thing. It’s Taylor’s way of saying, “Here’s what you didn’t see.”
