Meanwhile, New York City is getting its first Delano touch as The Dominick Hotel in SoHo undergoes a full rebrand. With 390 rooms and rooftop views perfect for skyline selfies, the NYC location promises a modern yet timeless feel, blending the city’s bustling energy with Delano’s signature luxury aesthetic. It’s a bold move that positions the brand in one of the world’s most competitive hotel markets.
Across the pond, London will welcome its first Delano in 2026, located near the iconic Hyde Park. The property will feature 67 rooms and its own international outpost of the Rose Bar, bringing a slice of Miami glamour to the heart of the UK. It’s part of a larger strategy to make Delano a truly global lifestyle brand.
This revival follows successful openings in Dubai and Paris, with more projects on the horizon in Istanbul, Marrakesh, Puglia, and Costa Rica. All new Delano hotels will participate in Accor Live Limitless, the company’s global loyalty program, offering exclusive perks and experiences for frequent guests.
